HEAT EXCHANGER & COLUMN:
Heat exchangers are devices to enhance or facilitate the flow of heat. A Heat Exchanger is used to transfer heat between two or more streams of fluid. LTD Engineers & Fabricators offers a Flaker to convert molten chemical into solid flakes by forming a thin layer of molten products on the outside surface of a rotating drum and causing this to be solidified by spraying cooling water from the inside surface of the drum. An adjustable scraper continuously removes the solidified material from the drum surface in flake form. The material construction for the drum can be Mild steel, stainless steel, with/without hard chrome plating. Drum rotating on antifriction self-aligning ball/roller bearing standard housing. Complete with 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, TEFC / ISD motor, with gear box, try hopper, M.S. Hood, belt guard, the machine is mounted on a heavy base-plate for trouble-free service. BOILER CHIMNEY (Industrial Chimney)
The chimney's function and significance for the stove. The primary function of the chimney is to direct the smoke away from the Boiler. However, this is not the only function of the boiler, as it must also ensure that enough air is drawn into the boiler for the fire to burn clean.
Smoke Industrial chimneys are vertical constructions created to reduce the impact of greenhouse gases and other industrial substances on their immediate surroundings. These stonework (brick), concrete, or steel structures are used to eject gases generated by industries after completing their production processes.
RVD / RVPD / VENULATH (ROTARY VACUUM DRYER):
We offer a clean, simple and effective method of drying filtered/centrifuge wet cakes, wet powders and slurries. Rotary Vacuum Dryer is a jacketed/Limpet Coil cylindrical vessel with a large diameter hollow shaft. Attached to the shaft are hollow paddles provided with specially designed scraper blades which scrap the entire internal surface of the dryer and continuously move and rotate the material thereby precluding the possibility of material remaining in contact with hot surfaces for protracted periods of time. The jacket and hollow shaft with paddles can be heated with hot water, steam or any thermal fluid capable of providing a large indirect heat transfer area. Cooling can also be done by cold water, brine or any other refrigerant through the jacket and hollow shaft.
The dryer is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, to discharge all raw materials, convenient in operation, and improves the work environment.

RIBBON BLENDER:
Within this subgroup, there are several types. Ribbon cross section and pitch, clearances between outer ribbon and shell, and number of spirals on the ribbon are some features that can be varied to accommodate materials ranging from low-density finely divided materials that aerate rapidly to fibrous or sticky materials that require positive discharge aid. ANF (AGITATED NUTSCHE FILTER):
Filter Nutsche is used for effective mechanical separation of bulk particle solids from the process slurry. It is a totally closed unit which normally operates under vacuum, it also operates under inert gas pressure or a combination of Vacuum and Pressure. The vessel is divided into two compartments by means of a perforated plate with suitable filter cloth or porous tiles. Slurry is fed into the top compartments from where the filtrate passes into the lower compartment through the filtering media and then flows to its destination. Solids are deposited on the filtering media in the top compartment and take the shape of a cake of uniform thickness. The cylindrical vessel is completely sealed for pressure and vacuum conditions. An agitator of unique design is provided inside the vessel. This agitator can perform multifarious activities by manipulating its movements in vertical and rotational directions simultaneously by push button switches. This equipment can be used in the manufacturing process of various chemicals, pesticides, insecticides, dyes intermediates, food products, and pharmaceuticals.
